At Sidart we believe in showcasing the best seasonal produce and ingredients from some of the finest growers and farmers from the Auckland region and the whole of Aotearoa.
By selecting exceptional ingredients we can deliver incredible flavours showcasing classic and contemporary Italian dishes with Chef Lesley's own little twist with nods to his Fijian heritage, his time spent in the UK and working in some of New Zealand's finest restaurants, Cassia, Baduzzi and Sid at the French Cafe.
